Using the service

By using AI Humanize Text, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. Use the service only if you can enter into a binding agreement and comply with the rules that apply to you. Keep your account credentials secure and do not share access in a way that circumvents usage limits.

Your content and the output

You retain any rights you have in the content you submit. You authorize the processing needed to provide the rewrite, review, usage accounting, and support you request. Submit only material you are entitled to process.

The service suggests edits. It can omit details, change implications, or produce inaccurate wording despite automated checks. You are responsible for reviewing the result, verifying facts and citations, and deciding whether it is suitable for your audience. A rewrite is not evidence of human authorship, originality, or compliance with a detector.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, impersonate someone deceptively, expose private information without authorization, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with the service. Do not evade account limits, abuse free allowances, or attempt to obtain other users’ content or credentials.

Follow the disclosure and authorship rules of your school, workplace, client, or publisher. This tool does not grant permission to ignore those rules.

Do not submit or request text that is sexual content involving minors, harassment or hate speech, threats, instructions for violence or other illegal acts, scams, phishing, spam or deceptive reviews, malware, or content that infringes copyright or trademarks.

Violations and enforcement

If we find or reasonably suspect that an account breaks these terms, we may, depending on how serious and repeated the violation is: send a warning; refuse or stop a rewrite; limit features or the per-rewrite word limit; remove the free allowance; suspend the account; or close it. Abuse of free allowances, such as creating several accounts, can lead to all related accounts losing their free words. Where an account is closed for a serious violation, unused words are forfeited and payments are handled under the refund policy and applicable law. We may report illegal content to the authorities when the law requires it.

To report misuse of the service, or to appeal a decision about your account, email support@aihumanizetext.com with the account email and what happened. A person reviews reports and appeals and replies within 2 business days.

Usage, payments, and cancellation

The editor and pricing page describe the applicable word limits and charges. Each newly submitted rewrite uses the displayed input-word allowance. Failed jobs return their word charge. A completed result that you choose not to use is not automatically a failed job.

Review the amount, billing period, and any renewal terms shown at checkout before purchasing. Where a recurring subscription is available, cancellation stops future renewals according to the subscription screen; it does not by itself refund an earlier charge. See the refund policy.

Availability and limitations

The service may be unavailable during maintenance or provider failures. Do not treat it as permanent document storage; save the writing you need. We do not promise particular detector scores, rankings, grades, business outcomes, or uninterrupted access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that output will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and support

We may change features or terms as the service evolves. Current plans and checkout terms govern new purchases, and material changes to an existing paid service will be communicated where required.
